NEW: Alrena Section Control, High-Level Technology

Alrena Section Control is high-level technology that is the new standard in section control systems. After a successful start a few years ago with the development, production and supply of the Alrena macerators, of which many thousands are now in use, Alrena’s product range is now being extended with the Alrena Section Control-system (ASC).

Experiences known to customer Bomech as well as experiences of other Alrena customers with section control systems already available on the market (mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic), have led to a market demand for a system that is insensitive to maintenance, debris and compressed-air fluctuations. With the aim of developing a reliable system, Alrena is now introducing the new ASC system which exploits this gap in the market.

  • Two-chamber system: slurry and air always separate from each other, prevents the mixing of air and slurry or slurry in the air pressure system

Alrena’s exact spreader is a manure spreader that distributes manure with very high accuracy and can be used on almost any type of slurry injector. The unique controlled and guaranteed airflow ensures a very constant outflow of manure, making the manure application over the entire width of your manure spreader very precise. In the Alrena exact distributor, the air is automatically sucked in via four air hoses and passed through a hollow drive shaft to the hollow rotor. In this rotor, the air distributes to the chambers in which the blades are loosely mounted. As a result, air will be sent in immediately after each emission of manure, ensuring that a vacuum will never be created. This technique ensures that the distribution is ±98% precise.
